Welcome to our body composition service! Here, we’ll determine your body composition, which is the ratio of fat to lean muscle in your body. We assess your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and other important metrics that will help you understand your body better. Together we then analyse the results and give you personalised recommendations on how to improve your body composition, whether that means losing fat, building muscle, or both (usually both).

But don’t worry, I won’t just throw a bunch of jargon at you and leave you confused. I’ll explain everything in plain English and make sure you understand what your results mean for your health and fitness goals. Everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and that starts with understanding your body composition.
