We offer three options to ensure we have something to suit everyone, and every budget.

1:1 Personal Training for anyone wanting a truly personal service.

1:2 Personal Training for people who prefer to train with a friend or family member.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) for groups of 3 or 4 people with similar interests and goals.

Haven’t exercised in a while? Don’t worry, our personal training plans include a thorough assessment to ensure we identify your current level of fitness and body composition. We then work with you to develop a complete exercise schedule with a variety of workouts, with the focus on getting you where you want to be, moving the way you want to move, – and looking the way you want to look.

Defiance Health and Fitness personal training sessions will challenge you, motivate you and teach you to love exercise and live a healthier lifestyle!

1:1 Personal Training

$50 per week

  • Fitness assessment, consultation & body composition scan.
  • Nutrition guidance and support from a qualified Exercise & Nutrition Coach.
  • 1 x Personal Training session per week.
  • Access to additional group sessions.




1:2 Personal Training

$75 per week

  • 2 x Fitness assessment, consultation & body composition scan.
  • 2 x Nutrition guidance and support from a qualified Exercise & Nutrition Coach.
  • 1 x weekly Personal Training session for two people.
  • Access to additional group sessions for 2 people.
  • All this for $37.50 each per week!




Small Group PT

$50 per person

  • Fitness assessment, consultation & body composition scan.
  • Nutrition guidance and support from a qualified Exercise & Nutrition Coach.
  • 2 Small Group Personal Training sessions per week.
  • Access to additional group sessions.
  • This option is available for groups of 3 or 4 people at $50 each per week.



Personal Training sessions can be at your place or ours.

All Personal Training is for a minimum 4 week commitment.
