Cross Training – A mix of strength, mobility, agility, and cardio training.

Mum’s & Shift Workers (9.30am) – A mix of Cross Train, Strength and Punchfit for busy Mums and shift workers. (Bring the kids).

Strength – Resistance Training using weights and bodyweight exercises.

Interval Training – Fast paced session guaranteed to burn fat, build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Punchfit – Boxing, Cardio and Resistance for overall fitness, speed and power.
